Kobe upset with how media twisted Lonzo comments
All Kobe Bryant meant to say about Lonzo Ball is that he must have the mentality to win, but that bit of harmless advise somehow got twisted.
Bryant took issue with how ESPN, along with various other outlets, presented his words stemming from a Spectrum Sportsnet interview. Without the proper context, Bryant's advice might have been misconstrued as criticism.

Bryant fired off a series of tweets and retweets to get the right message out as to his thoughts on Ball:
@RichBTIG I'm starting to think you are right on about @espn they are getting desperate for clicks and viewership; willing to cut and paste quotes by @kobebryant to draw interest. Good grief, no wonder I stopped watching anything on their stations except live sports!
