Embiid: 'I love Lonzo'

Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid doesn't mind being in the spotlight. He proved that when he exchanged some 'not safe for work' language about LaVar Ball this past summer.

Embiid let everyone know there are no hard feelings toward the Ball family in it's entirety, though, and that he's actually a fan of Los Angeles Lakers point guard Lonzo Ball.

"I love Lonzo," Embiid told ESPN's Ramona Shelbourne. "The whole situation with them, I think it's just fun. I love what he's doing, especially with his own shoe. He's staking his own place. People think I hate him, but I love him."

The supposed dispute started when Embiid begged Philadelphia 76ers point guard Ben Simmons to dunk on Ball after he was drafted June 22.

Regardless of how Embiid feels about Lonzo and LaVar, he certainly knows how to keep fans entertained on Twitter.
