The San Antonio Spurs bore latest witness to the rise of Giannis Antetokounmpo Friday night, watching him score 28 points, grab 12 rebounds, and swat four shots in a loss to his Milwaukee Bucks.
Gregg Popovich, who's been around long enough to see a few NBA stars emerge, put it succinctly: "He knows what he can do and he plays now to destroy you," per the Journal Sentinel's Matt Velazquez.
That's a fairly apt description of Antetokoumpo's dominance.
