Durant: 'It's unfortunate that Draymond got tossed out for getting punched'
Kevin Durant doesn't think his teammate deserved to get ejected.
The Golden State Warriors superstar expressed disappointment in the call for Draymond Green to be booted from Friday's game over his skirmish with Washington Wizards shooting guard Bradley Beal.
"It's unfortunate that Draymond got tossed out for getting punched, but that's just how it is," Durant said postgame, as quoted by ESPN's Chris Haynes.
Beal and Green were both ejected for wrestling each other to the ground after the former smacked the latter in the face.

"We wished both of those guys would have stayed in the game," Durant added. "It would have been a better game."
KD led the way for the Warriors, who rallied from an 18-point deficit to defeat the Wizards 120-117. The All-NBA forward notched a double-double of 31 points and 11 boards to go along with six dimes, two blocks, and a steal.
