Rockets' Morey jokingly tweets at Sam Hinkie after lottery reform approved

Following years of concern from Adam Silver, the Board of Governors finally responded to the league's tanking issue on Thursday by reportedly approving the NBA's proposal for draft-lottery reform.
Houston Rockets general manager Daryl Morey appeared to be in a good mood upon hearing the news, tweeting a not-so-subtle jab at the tank master himself.

The 76ers underwent one of the most blatant tanking efforts in league history during Sam Hinkie's time as general manager, never winning more than 19 games in a season throughout his time in Philadelphia.
