After agreeing to a buyout with the Chicago Bulls on Sunday, Dwyane Wade is leaning heavily toward signing with the Cleveland Cavaliers, league sources told Joe Vardon of Cleveland.com.

The 6-foot-4 guard could finalize a deal with the franchise as soon as Wednesday - when he'll officially clear waivers - league sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

While Wade already stated that he plans to do his due diligence before making a decision, he reportedly "has no intention of going anywhere else," but Cleveland.

Should a deal come to fruition, Wade will be reuniting with his former teammate and good friend, LeBron James. The two spent four seasons together with the Miami Heat, leading the franchise to two titles and four consecutive Finals appearances.

LeBron told reporters during Monday's Media Day he "would love" for Wade to join the Cavaliers.

The 35-year-old is coming off a disappointing year by his standards, averaging 18.3 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.8 assists, 1.4 steals, and 0.7 blocks on 43.4 percent shooting with Chicago.

The San Antonio Spurs, Miami Heat, and Oklahoma City Thunder are among the teams reportedly interested in Wade.
