Shaquille O'Neal sees some similarities between his relationship with Kobe Bryant and that of John Lennon and Paul McCartney of The Beatles.

The Big Aristotle made the comparison on a recent episode of "Oprah's Master Class," explaining how he and Bryant had "a perfect relationship" on the court, but like Lennon and McCartney, they didn't always get along.

"One of my professors from Barry University, Doctor Kopp, he did his thesis on The Beatles, and I read it, and I never knew that John Lennon and Paul McCartney had problems. I never knew that," he said. "They bumped heads all the time, but guess what? They're one of the greatest acts of all time."

In another clip from the episode, O'Neal explained how, even though he and Bryant "bumped heads," they still respected one another.
