Trail Blazers, Anthony Morrow agree to 1-year, non-guaranteed deal

Anthony Morrow is headed to his eighth NBA team.

The free-agent shooting guard has agreed to join the Portland Trail Blazers on a one-year, non-guaranteed deal, his agent, Wallace Prather, told The Vertical's Shams Charania.

In Morrow, 31, the Trail Blazers land one of the league's top 3-point shooters, adding him to a team that finished sixth last season in 3-point accuracy, and in the top 10 in both makes and attempts.

Morrow has career averages of 9.4 points on 44.7 percent from the field and 41.7 percent from long range, to go along with 2.2 rebounds. He's played for the Warriors, Nets, Hawks, Mavericks, Pelicans, Thunder, and Bulls, whom he joined at last season's trade deadline in a deal centered around point guard Cameron Payne.
