The National Basketball Players Association has already made a joint donation of $1 million to organizations supporting Hurricane Harvey relief, but its generosity isn't stopping there.

At the "Hand in Hand" telethon Tuesday night to raise money for the victims of both Harvey and Irma, president Chris Paul of the Houston Rockets announced that the NBPA would match any donation made by an NBA player upwards of $20,000 during the broadcast:

Paul then added that he would be donating another $20,000 of his own money after giving $50,000 to Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt's fundraising campaign.

Former Rockets owner Leslie Alexander had previously donated $4 million, while Paul's teammate, James Harden, chipped in $1 million.
