The Greek basketball federation will be without star Giannis Antetokounmpo for the upcoming EuroBasket tournament due to an apparent knee injury. But that apparently hasn't stopped the national program from being critical of Antetokoumnpo's employers, the Milwaukee Bucks.

"Antetokounmpo's absence doesn't surprise us," The Hellenic Basketball Federation said, according to Sportando. "We were worried since Giannis' arrival in Greece and from the beginning of our national team training camp there was the conviction of an organized and well-organized project by the Bucks."

According to The Associated Press, the knee injury rattled the Bucks enough that they administered tests in China, where Antetokounmpo was to have played a tournament (in Shanghai). Antetokounmpo called missing national team duty "the biggest disappointment in my career" on Facebook.
