The NBA will continue its long-standing tradition of playing games in Mexico City during the 2017-18 regular season.

The Brooklyn Nets will first battle the Oklahoma City Thunder on Dec. 7, and then face the Miami Heat on Dec. 9 at Arena Ciudad de Mexico.

This will mark the 27th and 28th NBA games played in Mexico City since the league's first excursion in 1992.

Last season, the Phoenix Suns held a pair of entertaining duels with Dallas and San Antonio in Mexico City. Suns shooting guard Devin Booker was the star of the showcase as he scored 39 points in both contests - a loss to the Mavericks and a win over the Spurs.
