Suns tweet support for Sen. McCain after brain tumor revelation

The Phoenix Suns joined the chorus of well-wishers in sending their support to Arizona's own John McCain in the wake of the announcement that the 80-year-old Senator and former Republican presidential candidate will undergo treatment for a brain tumor.

Head coach Earl Watson also reached out to the longtime Arizona-based politician.

Fellow Valley sports teams including the NHL's Coyotes and NFL's Cardinals also released statements pulling for McCain's recovery.
