The Golden State Warriors are bringing back Zaza Pachulia, the center's agency said Friday. It's a one-year contract worth $3.5 million, according to USA Today's Sam Amick.
Pachulia started 70 games at the five in his first season with the NBA champs, averaging 6.1 points and 5.9 rebounds in 18 minutes per contest.
With the Warriors re-signing Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Andre Iguodala, and Shaun Livingston, while adding Omri Casspi and Nick Young, the time had come for Golden State to focus on its bigs. JaVale McGee remains an unrestricted free agent.
