The Washington Wizards and unrestricted free agent guard Jodie Meeks have agreed to terms on a two-year, $7-million contract, sources told The Vertical's Shams Charania.

Meeks figures to add some depth to Washington's backcourt bench. The challenge for the eight-year veteran has been staying healthy the last few seasons. He was limited to 36 games for the Orlando Magic this past season thanks to a foot injury that cost him 79 games in 2015-16.

Meeks can be an effective deep shooter, hitting close to 41 percent of his 3-point shots while averaging 9.1 points in 2016-17.
