Report: T-Wolves interested in either Butler or George

The Minnesota Timberwolves seem to be lurking just outside the whirlwind of the NBA trade rumor mill, but if they do make a move, it may be for a pretty big prize.

Holding the seventh overall pick in Thursday's NBA draft and having reportedly placed point guard Ricky Rubio on the trade block, Minnesota is still interested in landing either Paul George or Jimmy Butler, sources told The Vertical's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Getting either superstar would drastically change the dynamic of a Timberwolves team that has long been one of the league's youngest squads, and could potentially lift them into the playoffs next season.
