Celtics' Amir Johnson: Out for Game 4 vs. Cavaliers
Johnson (shoulder) has been ruled out for Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Cavaliers on Tuesday, Michael Eaves of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis:
Johnson's injury is being listed as a sprained right AC joint in his shoulder and it's giving him enough discomfort where he'll have to remain on the sidelines Tuesday. Gerald Green has been rotating in and out of the starting lineup when the Celtics have gone smaller, but going up against the Cavaliers' frontcourt of Kevin Love and Tristan Thompson could prompt coach Brad Stevens to go with a bigger option in Kelly Olynyk or Jonas Jerebko with the top unit.
