The San Antonio Spurs' infirmary continues to fill up, and David Lee is the latest entrant.

Lee has been diagnosed with a partially torn patellar tendon in his left knee, his agent confirmed to Tom Orsborn of the San Antonio Express-News. A re-evaluation will be completed to determine whether surgery is necessary.

Lee suffered the injury on an awkward landing after a layup in the first quarter of Game 3 against the Golden State Warriors on Saturday. He needed to be helped off the floor, and was taken to the locker room in a wheelchair. He averaged 4.1 points and 3.8 rebounds on 52.1 percent shooting this postseason.

The Spurs are already without point guard Tony Parker for the remainder of the playoffs due to a ruptured quadriceps tendon, and have been without Kawhi Leonard for the past two-and-a-half games due to an ankle sprain.

The Warriors lead the Western Conference final 3-0.
