Watch: Raptors' Patterson trips himself, strips Rose on his way down

Patrick Patterson seemed to have no idea that his upper half was not in sync with his feet as he tripped and fell backwards onto the floor on Monday night in New York.

Saving the less than graceful tumble, Patterson managed to deflect the ball away from Knicks point guard Derrick Rose as he charged into the paint.
