Warriors' Shaun Livingston: Fills in for Curry in Sunday's win

Livingston started at point guard and scored six points (3-6 FG) to go with three assists, one rebound and one steal across 23 minutes in Sunday's 113-111 win over the Trail Blazers.

Analysis:

Livingston was never expected to be a one-for-one replacement for Stephen Curry (illness) in his first start of the season, but there was some hope that he might offer more production as a distributor. Instead, Livingston's limited usage conspired to hold down his contributions across the stat sheet, as did coach Steve Kerr's decision to lean on Andre Iguodala and Ian Clark at point guard. Look for Livingston's role to become even more muted Wednesday against the Hornets, assuming Curry is healthy enough to play by then.
