Kerr takes aim at Spicer while discussing unmemorable Magic career

Current Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr competed in a grand total of 47 games for the Orlando Magic during his playing career, averaging 2.6 points on 42.9 percent shooting in 9.4 minutes as a reserve.

Now, if you ask Sean Spicer - the now infamous press security working under President Donald Trump's administration - how Kerr's tenure with the Magic organization went, you may get an entirely different story.

"Sean Spicer will be talking about my Magic career any second now," Kerr jokingly said following his team's convincing 118-98 victory over Orlando on Sunday afternoon. "14,000 points. The greatest player in Magic history."

Spicer recently made headlines for insisting that Trump's inauguration drew the largest audience ever, bashing the media in the process for what he believed was false reporting on the crowd size. Photos of the event circulating online paint a different picture, though.

Kerr was introduced to the crowd prior to tipoff as being a "former Magic star," which he found very amusing, considering how short and uninspiring his time with the franchise was.
