Steve Ballmer loses it during Clippers comeback

After trailing by as many as 16 points in the third quarter, the Los Angeles Clippers rallied at home against the Memphis Grizzlies to make it a game down the stretch, and no one was more amped about it than the team's eccentric owner, Steve Ballmer.
