Drummond doubtful to play vs. Thunder with right ankle sprain
The Detroit Pistons will likely be without their starting All-Star center on Monday night when they host the visiting Oklahoma City Thunder at the Palace of Auburn Hills.
Andre Drummond is listed as doubtful to play as he deals with a right ankle sprain, according to Pistons.com's Keith Langlois.
Either Aron Baynes or Boban Marjanovic will be inserted into the starting lineup in his stead if he's ruled out.
Drummond played 26 minutes on Saturday in an 11-point victory over the Denver Nuggets, earning his seventh double-double of the young season with 14 points and 12 rebounds on 7-of-11 shooting.
The origin of the 23-year-old's ankle ailment remains unclear.
He's currently averaging 14.9 points, 14.3 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks in 10 appearances.
