Cue "Yakety Sax."
The Charlotte Hornets and Philadelphia 76ers submitted a joint entry for the sloppiest 20-second stretch of this young NBA season.
Late in the first quarter Wednesday night, we saw a Hornet retrieve the ball only to have his pocket picked, an uncontested fast-break layup spill out, a full-court pass intercepted, and a missed alley-oop dunk.
The Hornets - who usually commit the fewest turnovers in the league with 8.7 per game - finished with a season-high 15 in the game, yet still managed to win handily, 109-93.
