Timberwolves' Andrew Wiggins: Practices Thursday

Wiggins (illness) returned to practice Thursday, but will be reevaluated Friday prior to the team's preseason finale versus the Hornets.

Analysis:

Wiggins was held out of Wednesday's preseason game against the Grizzlies after suffering an allergic reaction, but his absence may have just been precautionary. His participation in practice Thursday seems to indicate the allergies were just a short-term setback, and so long as they don't affect his abilities on the court during Friday's morning shootaround, Wiggins will likely be cleared to play in the finale.
