Wizards' Bradley Beal: Back in starting lineup Tuesday

Beal was rested Saturday against the Kings, but he'll return to action Tuesday for what will be his fifth start of the preseason. The fifth-year guard has played between 23 and 27 minutes in each of his three games, and he'll likely remain in that range Tuesday night.
