Wizards' Ian Mahinmi: Limited at practice Sunday

Mahinmi (back) was a partial participant in practice Sunday, J. Michael of CSN Mid-Atlantic reports.

Analysis:

After dealing with a back injury throughout training camp, Mahinmi made his preseason debut Thursday against the 76ers, posting four points (2-3 FG), two rebounds, two assists and two steals over 12 minutes. The Wizards continue to play it safe with Mahinmi and are limiting his time on the court during practice, so it wouldn't be surprising if he saw his playing time restricted again if he ultimately suits up for Monday's preseason matchup against the Knicks.
