Grizzlies' Jarell Martin: Back to full strength

Martin (foot) announced on his personal Twitter account that he is 100 percent healed.

Analysis:

Martin underwent a follow-up procedure back in April to further eliminate soreness in his left foot, which costed him the last few games of the 2015-16 playoffs, as well as Summer League play earlier in July. His training camp availability was never in doubt, however, so this news should come as no surprise. Martin will be without restrictions heading into training camp, but is slated to be a reserve option in the Grizzlies' frontcourt this upcoming season, which could limit his minutes. He's coming off a rookie season where he played in just 27 games, posting averages of 5.7 points and 3.2 rebounds over 14 minutes per outing.
