Report: 5 teams interested in Moe Harkless

Five teams across the league are hoping to get a bargain on an up-and-coming wing player with plenty of promise.

Maurice Harkless, who revived his career with the Portland Trail Blazers last season, is drawing interest from the Washington Wizards, Detroit Pistons, Los Angeles Lakers, Dallas Mavericks, and the Utah Jazz, The Undefeated's Marc Spears reports.

The 23-year-old Harkless holds potential as a versatile forward who can hold either frontcourt positions. The 6-foot-9 swingman has also shown good defensive abilities.

However, Harkless will need to hone his jump shot before he becomes a reliable piece in any rotation. He's a career 30 percent shooter from deep and averaged just 6.4 points per game last season.
