Bulls' Joakim Noah: Misses majority of 2015-16 season

Noah (shoulder) was limited to 29 games for the Bulls during the 2015-16 season and averaged 4.3 points, 8.8 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 1.0 blocks in 21.9 minutes per game. He shot 38.3 percent from the field and 48.9 percent from the charity stripe.

Analysis:

A favorite of former coach Tom Thibodeau, Noah moved to the bench to begin last season under new head man Fred Hoiberg, and struggled to make an impact offensively before he was shut down in January after dislocating his left shoulder. Noah is still a high-energy player who attacks the glass, but with the Bulls aiming to get younger in the frontcourt, the soon-to-be free agent will likely move on from the organization this summer. The Bulls' recent acquisition of center Robin Lopez virtually ensures that Noah will be headed elsewhere.
