The Celtics, who own the Nets' first-round pick thanks to the 2013 blockbuster that sent Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett to Brooklyn, enter Tuesday with a 15.6 percent chance to win the No. 1 overall pick, the third-best odds of the 14 lottery teams.
