The San Antonio Spurs' historically dominant defense was on full display Sunday night, holding the Golden State Warriors to a season-low 35 points after the first half.

Golden State's previous low was 37, which they recorded against the Spurs in a March 19 defeat.

The Warriors' normally fluid ball movement was nonexistent early on, as Golden State recorded just one assist in the opening frame and seven in the first half.

Golden State did show some life after switching to the death lineup late in the second quarter, outscoring the Spurs 5-2 during the brief stretch.

Steph Curry and Draymond Green were the only Warriors players to do any major damage offensively, combining for 20 of the 35 points on 7-of-11 shooting.
