Omer Asik got the starting nod in the Pelicans' last game against Brooklyn, but coach Alvin Gentry will go with Ajinca on Tuesday. Ajinca played 29 minutes, compared to Asik's four, against the Nets, though the Pels' rotation has been rather volatile for much of the last few weeks.
