Kyle Busch: Wins Dover Pole Position

Busch won the pole for the Wurth 400 NASCAR Cup Series race at Dover Motor Speedway Saturday afternoon. He turned a fast lap of 162.191 mph.

Analysis:

Busch shook off some struggles this season on the smaller ovals and put in a fantastic qualifying session at the Monster Mile. He would pick up considerable speed over the day's earlier practice and advance into the final round of qualifying. Busch edged Ryan Blaney to capture his first pole of the season and 34th pole position of his career. He'll look to reverse his early season fortunes with a Top-5 finish at the Monster Mile Sunday afternoon.
