Harrison Burton: Third in Alsco Uniforms 300
Burton finished third in the Alsco Uniforms 300 Xfinity Series race at Charlotte Motor Speedway Saturday afternoon.
Analysis:
Burton would charge from his 13th-place starting spot on the grid to eighth-place by the end of stage 1. From there he'd be a Top-10 driver the rest of the afternoon. Burton pushed into the Top 5 late and avoided the couple big accidents that hit the field hard. The Joe Gibbs Racing driver would hold Brandon Brown at bay in the closing laps to claim the impressive third-place finish. It was Burton's third Top 5 of the season and extended his current Top-10 streak to three races.
