Austin Cindric: Runner-up Finish at Charlotte
Cindric finished second in the Alsco Uniforms 300 Xfinity Series race at Charlotte Motor Speedway Saturday afternoon.
Analysis:
The Penske Racing phenom started fourth on the grid and raced among the Top 5 all afternoon at CMS. Cindric would collect fourth-place finishes in the first two stages and use that good track position down the stretch. The driver of the No. 22 Ford couldn't track down Ty Gibbs in the closing laps and would finish 0.437-seconds behind the winning Toyota driver. It was Cindric's ninth Top-5 finish of the season.
