Kyle Busch: Fifth-Place in QuikTrip 500

Busch finished fifth in the Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway Sunday afternoon.

Analysis:

Busch came from 19th on the starting grid to finish runner-up in the first stage. Once he had good track position, Busch held onto it the rest of the way. The Joe Gibbs Racing star would be a fixture among the Top 5 until the checkered flag. At lap 325 Busch would collect the strong fifth-place finish at Atlanta. It was his second Top-5 finish of the season.
