Ryan Sieg: Switch to Ford
RSS Racing is thrilled to announce it has joined the Ford racing team in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. Sieg will drive the No. 39 Ford Mustang for the full 33 race schedule with primary sponsor CMR Construction and Roofing, RSS Racing PR reports.
Analysis:
The team ends a 10-season relationship with Chevrolet and ECR engines and will move to Ford in the upcoming campaign. Sieg's Mustangs will be powered by Roush Yates engines. The owner/driver was looking to shake things up after a career-best season in 2020. Sieg hopes to keep climbing the ladder of performance with this manufacturer change.
