NASCAR driver Kurt Busch's ex-girlfriend requested a no-contact order during testimony in court Tuesday.

Busch is alleged to have assaulted Patricia Driscoll in September at Dover International Speedway. Driscoll says that Busch choked her and slammed her head into a wall.

The Associated Press has more:

Driscoll has filed court documents asking that a judge order Busch to stay away from her and not contact her. She also is asking that Busch undergo a psychiatric evaluation and be evaluated by a certified domestic violence treatment agency.

Busch's attorneys deny the allegations.
