NASCAR driver Kurt Busch and his attorneys met with investigators Tuesday to discuss allegations he assaulted his ex-girlfriend in September.
"He was forthcoming and cooperative and honest," James Liguori - one of Busch's attorneys - told reporters following the interview.
Liguori added he and fellow attorney Rusty Hardin provided investigators with a book of information to help them reach a decision. Busch continues to deny the allegations.
Dover police spokesman Mark Hoffman said Wednesday the investigation is ongoing but couldn't provide a timetable for when or if charges will be filed.
