Kyle Busch was issued a speeding citation after being caught speeding in Denver, North Carolina.
According to the police report, the Joe Gibbs Racing driver was going 60mph in a 45mph zone at around 7:45pm on April 29th. Busch apparently thought that the speed limit was 55mph.
The police report also made mention that Busch had a “disrespectful attitude.”
This hasn’t been Kyle’s first run-in with the law when it comes to driving. In 2006, he was ticketed for reckless driving while driving out of a gas station in Richmond, Virginia.
In 2011, he was also cited for reckless driving in Iredell County, when he was going 128mph in a 45mph zone.
Busch and Joe Gibbs Racing have yet to comment on the most recent speeding incident.
