Josh Berry: Wins Alsco Uniforms 300

Berry won the Alsco Uniforms 300 NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Charlotte Motor Speedway Saturday afternoon.

Analysis:

It was a dominant performance by Berry and his No. 8 Chevrolet team. He led a race-high 89 laps and won stage 1. Berry would do battle mostly with teammate, Justin Allgaier, throughout the race. The two would duel for the lead in the closing laps, but Allgaier would brush the wall and sustain a flat tire trying to run down Berry. He would then go on to win by a margin of over 18 seconds over Ty Gibbs. It was Berry's second victory of the season.
