Rafael dos Anjos blasts news of a McGregor-Diaz rematch
The entire UFC world is itching to see Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz step into the Octagon again after their classic bout at UFC 196, with one notable exception: Rafael dos Anjos.
The current lightweight champion expressed his displeasure with the reports that a rematch has been agreed upon, saying that he could beat both fighters on the same night:
@UFCONFOX Mcgregor vs Diaz 2 make no sense, I would beat theses 2 guys on the same night

The only reason McGregor and Diaz were able to face off the first time is because dos Anjos was forced to drop out 11 days before his fight with McGregor due to injury.
Diaz stepped in on short notice, and pulled off a stunning upset on March 5, forcing McGregor to submit in the second round with a rear-naked choke.
