The UFC is finalizing a rematch between Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz, slated for UFC 200 on July 9, according to Ariel Helwani of MMAFighting.com.
In one of the most anticipated fights of the year, Diaz stunned McGregor via rear-naked choke in the second round of UFC 196's marquee event on March 5.
McGregor was scheduled to fight Rafael dos Anjos, but he dropped out 11 days before the event. Diaz filled in as a replacement and both fighters agreed to duel at 170 pounds. Although he was defeated, McGregor remains the UFC's featherweight champion.
Cain Velasquez is expected to square off against Travis Browne, while Gegard Mousasi is expected to fight Derek Brunson at UFC 200.
