Frank Mir stuns Todd Duffee with massive 1st-round KO at UFC Fight Night 71
It only lasted 1:13, and it was a tornado of violence.
Playing a violent game of fist chicken, Frank Mir and Todd Duffee bit down on their respective mouth pieces and hurled heavy leather at each other until one man was left standing. That man was Frank Mir.
Mir rocked Duffee with multiple blistering left hands, and although Duffee landed a few clean shots of his own, Mir finally separated the hulking Duffee from his consciousness with a short, cracking left hand.
His career seemingly on the scrap heap following four straight losses, Mir has bounced back with a pair of first-round knockout victories, and is slowly creeping his way back into the top-ten in the relatively shallow UFC heavyweight division.
