Cruz steamrolls Mizugaki in return to the Octagon

Don't call it a comeback ... call it an almost miraculous comeback.
After more than three years away from the Octagon, former bantamweight kingpin Dominick Cruz re-inserted himself into the title picture with an absolute destruction of Takeya Mizugaki.
Cruz ran roughshod over Mizugaki, trapping his arm along the fence before landing a series of vicious and unprotected right hands until the referee mercifully stopped the fight at 1:01 of the opening round.
It was a beautifully violent display that should land Cruz an immediate shot at bantamweight champion T.J. Dillashaw.
"I want to get back in there and take out some more Alpha Fails," Cruz said in reference to Dillashaw and his cohorts at Team Alpha Male.
