Report: Allen-Silva in the works for UFC 324
A fight between featherweight contenders Arnold Allen and Jean Silva is being targeted for UFC 324 early next year, sources told MMA Fighting's Mike Heck and Guilherme Cruz.
UFC 324, expected to take place Jan. 24 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, will mark the promotion's first numbered event on Paramount+ in the United States.
Allen, ranked No. 6 in the 145-pound division, hasn't stepped into the Octagon since a unanimous decision win over Giga Chikadze at UFC 304 in July 2024. The 31-year-old Englishman snapped a two-fight skid with the victory.
Silva, ranked No. 11, is looking to rebound from a knockout loss to Diego Lopes in the Noche UFC main event in September. The 28-year-old Brazilian had won 13 in a row heading into that fight.
A main event for UFC 324 hasn't been announced yet.
