Saturday's UFC Fight Night main event between Erin Blanchfield and Maycee Barber was canceled at the last minute after Barber wasn't medically cleared to compete.

UFC play-by-play commentator Brendan Fitzgerald announced the news on the broadcast as walkouts were scheduled to begin.

Blanchfield said she was in "disbelief" after hearing from UFC chief business officer Hunter Campbell that Barber had a seizure in the locker room and the fight was off.

"I'm fully ready to go, she's supposed to be ready to go, (and) supposedly now she has all these health issues right when we're supposed to fight," Blanchfield said at the postfight press conference. "I think it's pretty crazy, pretty unprofessional."

Barber, the No. 5-ranked women's flyweight contender, was set to step into the Octagon for the first time since a unanimous decision win over Katlyn Cerminara last March. The 27-year-old was seeking her seventh straight victory.

Barber missed weight for the fight against Blanchfield, coming in 0.5 pounds over the 126-pound limit.

"She needs to look at another division, she needs to fix her life, she just needs to fix herself," Blanchfield said of Barber. "I think she's a complete mess in every aspect of her entire life."

Blanchfield, ranked No. 4 in the division, said she's not interested in rescheduling the fight. Blanchfield has been idle since a win over former strawweight champion Rose Namajunas last November.

"No," Blanchfield told UFC reporter Megan Olivi on the broadcast, adding she'd like to headline an event against someone else in the top five. "My coaches right away were like, 'No, don't entertain her. She's not on your level.' Super unprofessional."
