Conor McGregor is confident he'll get back on track in a big way against Michael Chandler.

The former UFC two-division champion said Chandler is "a good fighter" and that he has "no issues with him at all" but added he doesn't see their fight being competitive.

"I think I'm just going to slice through him," McGregor told TheMacLife. "I think I'm a little too slicey for him than anyone else he's fought. A little too snappy and whippy. I think I'll slice through him."

McGregor will return to the Octagon for a highly anticipated matchup against Chandler later in 2023 after they coach "The Ultimate Fighter 31," which premieres in May. No date for the fight has been set.

The Irishman hasn't competed since breaking his leg in a July 2021 bout with Dustin Poirier.
