Blaydes wins UFC London main event in 15 seconds as Aspinall suffers injury
For the second week in a row, the UFC's main attraction ended in anticlimactic fashion.
Curtis Blaydes defeated Tom Aspinall via TKO at the 0:15 mark of the first round after Aspinall suffered an apparent knee injury in the UFC London main event Saturday.
After the fight, UFC color commentator Michael Bisping said on the broadcast that the cageside doctor told him Aspinall may have suffered an MCL tear.

Aspinall landed a leg kick, took a step backward, and then fell to the canvas in pain. He was on the ground for a few minutes before being helped up and taken out of the Octagon.
Aspinall, ranked No. 6 in the heavyweight division, had a chance to insert himself into the title picture with a win over No. 4 Blaydes. The Englishman was 5-0 in the UFC heading into his second straight main event. Aspinall defeated Alexander Volkov by first-round submission at the UFC's London event in March.
Aspinall was riding an eight-fight winning streak overall and hadn't lost since 2016.
Blaydes entered Saturday's bout on the heels of a knockout victory over Chris Daukaus in a March headliner. "Razor" has now won three in a row.
