Carlos Condit will look to get back on track in October.

The former interim welterweight champion will face Court McGee at UFC Fight Night on Oct. 3, according to MMA Junkie's Mike Bohn.

The UFC has not yet announced the event's location.

Condit - last stepping into the Octagon in December 2018 - is 0-4 since losing a split decision to Robbie Lawler in a 170-pound title fight in 2016. His recent skid includes stoppage defeats to Michael Chiesa, Alex Oliveira, and Demian Maia. "The Natural Born Killer," who beat Nick Diaz in 2012 to win the interim belt, last picked up a win in 2015 against Thiago Alves.

McGee is riding a two-fight skid, with losses to Sean Brady and Dhiego Lima. His most recent win came against Alex Garcia in 2018. The 35-year-old is 1-4 in his past five outings.

A women's bantamweight matchup between former champion Holly Holm and Irene Aldana will headline the UFC's Oct. 3 event.
